Nurses for Nurses is seeking an energetic and relationship-focused Partnerships & Community Outreach Representative to support the growth of Modern Nurse Fest, our signature event series that celebrates, uplifts, and empowers the nursing community.

In this role, you will connect with healthcare organizations, wellness brands, educational companies, and community partners to present exhibitor opportunities and sell sponsorship packages for upcoming Modern Nurse Fest events.

This position is commission-based, with strong earning potential and opportunities for long-term growth as the event series expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential sponsors, exhibitors, and partners that align with the mission of Nurses for Nurses and Modern Nurse Fest.
• Conduct outreach through email, phone, social media, and in-person networking to introduce event opportunities.
• Sell exhibitor tables and sponsorship packages, meeting or exceeding outreach and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare companies, wellness vendors, service providers, and community organizations.
• Clearly communicate sponsorship benefits, including brand exposure, event engagement, and audience reach.
• Track leads, outreach activity, and sales progress using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with the Nurses for Nurses team to ensure sponsor deliverables and exhibitor needs are fulfilled.
• Represent the brand professionally at community events and networking gatherings when needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales, partnerships, outreach, fundraising, or event/exhibitor sales preferred.
• Comfortable initiating contact, following up, and engaging in cold outreach.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Ability to learn and confidently explain Modern Nurse Fest sponsorship opportunities.
• Passion for supporting and elevating the nursing community is a plus.

Compensation

• Commission-based (1099 Contractor) with a competitive commission structure.
• Potential for bonuses, role expansion, and future base pay as Nurses for Nurses and Modern Nurse Fest grow.
• Commissions paid weekly
